CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR REIGN?

Gift cards can be bought online at https://trippaswhitegroup.com.au/gift-cards/

HOW ARE THE GIFT CARDS DELIVERED?

Digitally to your nominated email address. We do not have any physical gift cards.

WHAT ARE THE GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please ensure you fully read the terms and conditions on our website prior to continuing to purchase the gift card but in summary;

You can buy a gift voucher from our parent company ,Trippas White Group for $50 or more and use it at any of our restaurants.

You can pay the remaining amount with cash or credit card if your bill is more than the card value.

You can keep the unused balance for future use, but the card will expire in 3 years.

You cannot get cash back or refund for the card, and you cannot replace it if you lose it or someone steals it.

You may need to show your ID if you use the card within 7 days of buying it.

You will pay an administration fee for the card, which may change over time.

Trippas White Group can change the terms and conditions anytime.

HOW LONG ARE THE GIFT CARDS VALID FOR?

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Any balance on a gift card which is not redeemed within the validity date cannot be used after the expired date.

CAN I PRE-PAY FOR ALL OR PART OF THE RESERVATION IN ADVANCE?

Yes, we do accept pre-pay but please note is payable with via a Gift Card only.

CAN I PRE-ORDER A CAKE/CHAMPAGNE/FLOWERS/CHOCOLATES?

We do not offer pre-order of cakes, flowers or chocolates, but if you wish to bring something ahead of time we could store it before your arrival. Please notify us prior.

If you would like to pre-order any drinks (payable via gift card only), please let us know so we can confirm this ahead of time

CAN I BYO ALCOHOL TO REIGN?

Reign is not a BYO restaurant but rest assured we do have a comprehensive beverage list

CAN I BYO A CAKE TO THE VENUE?

Yes, you may BYO a cake but please be aware that we charge $3.50 cakeage per person.

CAN I PURCHASE/ORDER A CAKE FOR MY BOOKING?

We do not provide this service, however you can always choose one of our desserts from the menu.

SPECIAL OCCASION CELEBRATION

CAN I BRING BALLOONS, CANDLES, FLOWERS OR TABLE DECORATIONS TO THE VENUE?

Yes, you may certainly be able to bring balloons, flowers and table decorations – please advise us before your reservation time. Regarding candles – they must be in an approved holder (due to fire hazard).

PARKING & DIRECTIONS

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Wilson Parking in the Queen Victoria Building offers parking all day. However there are several other parking houses around the city close to the Queen Victoria Building. Town Hall Station is right underneath us and QVB Light Rail stop is right out front of the venue. Unfortunately there are no discounted parking for customers

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS?

Please check with the parking garage of your choice if they provide disabled parking facilities.

Town Hall is the closest train station. From there continue to Queen Victoria Building and find us on Level 1 looking over Queen Victoria monument (Druitt Street side)

Reign does not have a kids menu.

DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?

Yes, we most certainly can cater for all dietry requirements to the best of our ability.

DO YOU HAVE HALAL CERTIFICATION?

Reign is not a halal restaurant. We source our meat from a certified halal butcher named St. Andrews’, however the restaurant does serve pork so we are not a halal restaurant

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?

Yes, we do have a few vegan options available, however it is quite limited. Please refer to our menu to get an idea of the options we offer.

DOES REIGN HAVE A KIDS MENU?

No specific kids menu available.

DO YOU HAVE HIGH CHAIRS AVAILABLE FOR TODDLERS/BABIES?

Unfortunately we do not have high chairs at the venue

IS THERE ROOM IN THE VENUE FOR PRAMS/STROLLERS?

There is minimal space for prams/strollers but we cater to the best of our ability.

IS THE VENUE PET FRIENDLY?

No.

ARE GUIDE AND ASSISTANCE DOGS ALLOWED AT REIGN??

Yes, Reign charges a 1.5% credit card surcharge.

There is a 10% gratuity surcharge applied for groups of 10 and above

ARE THERE ANY PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGES APPLICABLE?

Yes, there is a Public holiday surcharge of 15%

There is a 10% Sunday surcharge (only one 10% surcharge if group booking falls on Sunday)

ARE DEPOSITS REQUIRED FOR BOOKINGS?

No, we do not take deposits for standard reservations, unless it is a group booking or special occasion or special event.

ARE CREDIT CARD DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKINGS?

Yes, credit card details are require to secure your booking. For any cancellation within 24 hours of your reservation, a cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.

HOW ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS KEPT SECURE?

The secure storage of credit card details and payments of deposits via ResDiary Guarantees (aka tokenization) are all processed securely via Stripe. Stripe is the leading international payment provider giving you ultimate protection and peace of mind.

CAN I JUST WALK UP WITHOUT A BOOKING?

Yes, however we recommend a booking to avoid dissapointment in case of no availbility

SEATING ARRANGEMENT

CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC TABLE OR AREA WHEN I BOOK? DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE OR SEMI PRIVATE DINING SPACE?

Yes, you can definitely request for a specific table/area when making a booking and we will try our best on the day to accommodate. Please note that we do have a semi private dining space which is subject to availability
